Universitas Sumatera Utara Business Restructuring Meeting: Focus on Non-Health Cluster
Badan Pengelola Usaha Universitas Sumatera Utara held a coordination meeting as part of the restructuring efforts of business units included in the non-health cluster. This meeting was attended by representatives from Badan Pengelola Usaha, Direktorat Hukum dan Organisasi, Biro Keuangan, and the business units which will be restructured. The main focus of the meeting was to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and prepare strategic planning for three business units, namely the Laboratorium Terpadu, Pusat Bahasa, and Laboratorium Uji Dental. The restructuring process focused on four main aspects, namely law, organization, management, and asset management, in order to strengthen governance and increase the contribution of business units to the university in a sustainable manner.
