Badan Pengelola Usaha Universitas Sumatera Utara held a coordination meeting to discuss the imposition of rental rates on university-owned business units operating within the university’s premises. This meeting was conducted as part of an effort to structure and optimize the use of university assets in a more effective and sustainable manner. The meeting was attended by representatives from Direktorat Hukum dan Organisasi, Biro Keuangan, and Badan Pengawas Internal Universitas Sumatera Utara. Each party contributed insights and input based on their respective areas of responsibility, including legal aspects, financial implications, and oversight mechanisms related to the implementation of rental rates. The discussion proceeded constructively, emphasizing principles of efficiency, transparency, and compliance with regulations applicable to state universities.
