Medan, January 5, 2026 — The Business Management Agency of Universitas Sumatera Utara (BPU USU) held a coordination meeting and work review with UJI Dental from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The meeting focused on reviewing the unit’s performance in 2025, discussing its operational status, and outlining development plans for 2026.
Overall, UJI Dental’s performance was assessed as fairly positive; however, the unit continues to face several operational challenges. Key issues identified included the need to improve the quality and availability of supporting service facilities, as well as to strengthen human resources to ensure smoother operations and enhanced service quality.
Through this meeting, BPU USU and UJI Dental reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening coordination and planning to support the unit’s sustainable growth.
