The Weekly Internal Meeting of the Business Management Agency was once again held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the office of the Business Management Agency. This meeting, which is regularly conducted every week, aims to evaluate the work progress being carried out by each division. During the meeting, each division presented its achievements, challenges, and action plans related to their managing projects. This meeting is a critical moment to ensure that all business activities run efficiently and on time and identify issues that need to be addressed immediately.
As part of the evaluation, the meeting also agreed on several work priorities to be carried out in the upcoming weeks, such as ensuring the distribution of Universitas Sumatera Utara's innovation products can be implemented as soon as possible and scheduling meetings with the heads of Business Units under the Business Management Agency of Universitas Sumatera Utara for monthly performance evaluation. The Business Management Agency team is committed to continuously monitoring and evaluating every step taken to ensure that the objectives of the Business Management Agency can be optimally achieved. The meeting was concluded with an emphasis on maintaining synergy among teams for the smooth management of business operations within the University.
