Weekly Internal Meeting of the Business Management Agency of Universitas Sumatera Utara

The Business Management Agency of Universitas Sumatera Utara held its weekly internal meeting to discuss various agendas and the progress of ongoing activities. This meeting was attended by all BPU members and aimed to evaluate performance, formulate work plans, and identify challenges that need to be addressed in managing the various business units operated by the university. The decisions made in this meeting are expected to improve operational efficiency and support the future development of BPU.

The Business Management Agency of Universitas Sumatera Utara held its weekly internal meeting on Monday (April 21) in the BPU meeting room to discuss activity progress and performance evaluation of all business units managed by BPU. 

 

All BPU members responsible for monitoring and managing various campus business sectors, including dormitory management, canteens, and other facilities, attended the meeting. During the meeting, several important agenda items were discussed, including short-term planning and following up on the results of last week's evaluation.

 

One of the main topics discussed in the meeting was improving service quality for students and campus staff who use USU-owned business facilities. Business unit managers were urged to enhance communication and coordination in facility maintenance and ensure more efficient and satisfactory services. In addition, the meeting addressed the importance of increasing transparency in operational processes so that BPU management can be more optimal and accountable to the public, especially students and the surrounding community.

 

As part of ongoing efforts to improve service quality, the meeting also highlighted the need for budget adjustments and the formulation of strategic plans for long-term business development. Through these weekly meetings, BPU USU hopes to improve performance and operational effectiveness across all business units, thereby delivering greater benefits to the academic community and supporting the university’s vision and mission.
