The morning assembly proceeded in an orderly and solemn manner, led by the Head of the USU Business Management Unit, Dr. Doli Muhammad Jafar Dalimunthe, S.E., M.Si., who acted as the ceremony supervisor, with the assembly officers comprising educational staff from BPU USU. This activity serves as a platform to foster discipline, enhance a sense of responsibility, and strengthen communication among work units within the university.

In his address, Dr. Doli Muhammad Jafar Dalimunthe, S.E., M.Si. emphasized two key points: impact and entrepreneurial university. Through this morning assembly, BPU USU reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing a spirit of productivity and meaningful contribution within the Universitas Sumatera Utara community. He also highlighted that all members of the academic community, including university leaders, lecturers, educational staff, and administrative units, must strive to generate positive impacts for the university through their respective roles and responsibilities.

Furthermore, he conveyed that a culture of impactful work is an integral part of USU’s transformation toward becoming an entrepreneurial university: one that excels not only in education and research but also in creating value, innovation, and tangible contributions to society.
