The presence of the Monitoring and Evaluation Team from the Business Management Agency of Universitas Sumatera Utara on March 6, 2025, was directly welcomed by Mrs. drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA.Subsp.KKA(K) as the Director and Mr. drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, M.K.M, as the Deputy Director of the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara. On this occasion, the discussion between the Monitoring and Evaluation Team of the Business Management Agency and the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara included business goal achievements, financial management, and the necessary steps to ensure the sustainability and development of the hospital moving forward.
Furthermore, the working visit held at the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara aimed to thoroughly evaluate various hospital operational aspects. The main focus of this evaluation included the achievement of predetermined business goals, and the financial management carried out thus far. The evaluation team examined the extent to which the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara had met its existing targets, both in terms of service to the public and income and resource management. On this occasion, strategic steps that need to be taken to maintain sustainability and ensure the long-term development of the hospital were also discussed.
The evaluation is expected to provide a clear picture of the areas that need improvement and the efforts that can be made to enhance the performance of the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara. One of the main objectives of this activity is to support more efficient and effective management so that the services provided to patients can be improved. With this evaluation, it is hoped that the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara will continue to adapt to the evolving needs of society and medical technology while maintaining optimal service quality. This is crucial to ensure RSGM USU can operate sustainably and develop in line with ongoing demands.
