Through its Business Management Agency, Universitas Sumatera Utara met with dormitory managers on campus to discuss more effective and efficient dormitory management. The meeting, which took place on Monday, April 14, 2025, in the BPU USU meeting room, aimed to evaluate the current management system and formulate improvement measures for the future. Relevant parties such as dormitory managers, administrative staff, and representatives of student residents also participated.
The discussion covered several key issues, including dormitory facility maintenance, improving service quality for residents, and establishing more transparent operational governance. Meeting participants agreed to strengthen coordination between dormitory managers and the Business Management Agency to implement a more professional management system. In addition, special attention was given to organizing facilities such as study rooms, security, and comfort for students living in the dormitories during their academic pursuits.
It is hoped that through this meeting, dormitory management at USU will become more organized, support the quality of student life, and create a conducive atmosphere for learning. The Business Management Agency is committed to continuing evaluation and improvements so that every dormitory resident feels safe, comfortable, and protected while supporting USU’s vision and mission as a high-quality educational institution.
